Artist

Tom McGuire

Tom McGuire has been an engineer at a small electronics company, and is an artist who specializes in kinetic sculptures. He is currently employed in the engineering department at WSU and has designed numerous STEM-based programs for Arts Partners.

For several years, he participated in the City of Wichita’s Fifth Grade Sculpture Project designed to help students produce a piece of public art for their school. His many Arts Partners programs specialized in teaching students to create their own individual kinetic sculptures.

Please contact the Arts Partners office to inquire about Tom’s staff development workshops for teachers only.

He’s great to have work with my students…they saw math and science in action.
