Arts integration engages diverse learners through music, dance, poetry, visual art and drama to understand and express their learning of curriculum concepts through the arts.
Now arts integration isn’t just for the art teacher, these strategies can be incorporated by all educators from early childhood to 12th grade as well as school support staff. In addition to the hands-on workshops for 1st-12th grade educators, there will be sessions specifically for Kindergarten and preschool educators, sponsored by The Wolf Trap Institute of Early Learning Through the Arts.
We hope to see you at the Just Add Arts: Arts Integration Symposium at Wichita State University, July 27-29, 2022.
