Wolf Trap Presented by Arts Partners
Arts Partners is home to the newest regional program of Wolf
Trap Institute for Early Learning Through the Arts, one of the nation's
leading arts education practitioners. In June 2006, Wolf Trap's master teaching artist Valerie Carroll
conducted a week-long intensive training for Kansas Wolf Trap artists.
Beginning in the fall of 2006, Kansas Wolf Trap artists will not only present high-quality arts experiences for young children, but will also provide meaningful child-centered residencies that support emergent literacy skills. These residencies have the added bonus of providing professional development for early childhood classroom teachers, thus extending the reach and legacy of the program.
